Driven by passion for the industry and dedication toward results, Anne Bolt Hitch falls nothing short of the Grand Strand’s leading specialist in guiding her clientele home. From marketing development to project coordination and corporate liaison, Anne offers a combined experience of 40 years in marketing, construction, luxury-home building, and real estate sales.

After spending childhood summers in Pawleys Island and North Myrtle Beach, Anne’s love for the area enticed her to move from Charlotte, NC 32 years ago. While watching the Grand Strand grow to be one of the most popular hubs on the East Coast, Anne has continuously united clients, who quickly become friends, with the home of their dreams. Her passion for the business lies within building personal relationships with each of her clients, as well as providing every scenario with a solid foundation of communication, trust, and a reservoir of real estate knowledge. With the skills needed and the enthusiasm for the industry, Anne has maintained a model position of leadership and integrity for all working within the real estate realm of the Myrtle Beach area.

Serving the Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Little River, SC areas, Anne specializes in coastal living, luxury homes, residential properties, second homes, and investment properties.

Anne is married to Jim Hitch, a retired mutual fund wholesaler and a recent heart transplant recipient. She is an avid supporter of the American Heart Association and is active with her church, Grace Presbyterian in Conway, SC. For fun, Anne enjoys spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Lathrop, and daily exercise. She is a certified Zumba instructor and substitute teaches on a regular basis.

Qualifications: B.A. in Communications 1982 Wake Forest University. Licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
